Since the founding of Casalbert, Francisco Albert Montalt has personally selected the finest oil from every harvest to craft this exclusive Family Reserve. Every year, only those oils deemed truly excellent are carefully packaged in 500ml bottles in a strictly limited production run.
Tasting Notes: An exceptional extra virgin oil made from the Serrana de Espadán variety, featuring intense fruitiness with herbaceous and fruity notes. Its expressive character reveals hints of tomato plant, freshly cut grass, and oregano. On deeper exploration, one discovers green apple and delicate notes of green almond (alloza).
Production: First cold pressing of olives harvested at their optimal ripening point.
