Return Policy

At Family Market, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Opened or used products
• Items returned after the 7-day window

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose from the following:

• Full refund to your original payment method
• Store credit for use on a future order
• Exchange for another item

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
